Is it necessary to have previous experience to rent a kayak?
No previous experience is necessary. We offer a brief instruction session before each outing to ensure that all participants feel comfortable and safe on the water. In addition, our team will be on hand to assist throughout the excursion.
What should I bring for a kayak trip on the Segura river?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes suitable for getting wet, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses with a strap and a bottle of water. It is also advisable to bring a change of dry clothes for after the excursion. We provide the necessary life jackets and equipment.
What are the safety precautions during kayak excursions?
Safety is our top priority. All participants must wear life jackets provided by us. In addition, our tours are supervised by experienced guides and a safety briefing is given before each outing. We monitor river and weather conditions to ensure that each trip is safe and enjoyable.
Can I take my children on the kayak trip?
Yes, our excursions are family friendly and suitable for children. However, we recommend that children are at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult in the same kayak. The guides will adapt the pace of the tour to ensure a fun and safe experience for the whole family.
